Crackle Noise

gday all,

i recently bought a r33 series 2 which i can say im more than enjoying but i have a question. Under hard acceleration i sometimes get a light crackle noise from the engine bay, is this normal? Ive not driven a turbo car before so its all new. Its almost time for a service so ill have a tinker around then but is there anything i should check out? cheers

hard to say really without hearing it. crackle like a bag of chips or a crackle like stepping on twigs sneaking up on someone?

yeah i thought it would be tricky to describe, like a bag of chips if i had to pick, if i hav the radio on i cant hear it though, not really loud
