Rotormotion in Perth western australia can make up custom alloy pulleys. I've had a few made a number of years back for rotories.

It's the same process for any engine pulley really.

Rev, I gave them a call.

Bottom line is they need to see a set of pulleys to quote, which I expected. The rough guide to price I got was $200-$600 for a set.

Do you think you, or someone over there might be able to drop in and let them take a look to see how much they will actually cost?

Maybe we would be able to get a good price if we did a group buy for a few sets, I am sure there would be enough interest to be able to move some lightened pulleys?

I am going to make some enquiries over here to see what can be done locally.
