You can get one of those slim type Subwoofers from JB, they might be able to fit without you doing too much work. Pioneer have a range of slim ass subs.

Jack88 - The box is sealed. I was going to make a new box from scratch. Another sealed one just a tiny bit shorter so it fits. Will have the same volume as before.

Zennon - Is your box the rectangle one with all sides straight? Mine is on an angle so one side sits higher and thats the bit that hits.

Turbo Piston : the pioneer slim line subs are a waste of time unless you absolutly canot fit anything else in there of decent size lol. my DD 6x9s ate there 12 slim line sub alive for quality and depth. as i said tho if you cant fit anything else at all then they do an ok job.

seriously, f**k making your own go out and pay $99 for the qmax one i have it sounds f**king awesome, it's carpeted and fits perfectly in the boot of an r32

Yeah mine looks exactly like that and if i can find a nice square one theat fits ill buy it cos yeah i really cant be f**ked. Ill go get one off my mate who runs a stereo shop That would be the smart idea hey? Anyway thanks for all ya help guys.
