Small Crack On New Front Bar

Sorry I know its very small but a crack is a crack and i dont know much about fixing these. Front bar just arrived, im happy about it but found a small chip/crack. Its about the size of my thumbnail maybe bit bigger, I was gona paint it myself with a mate but whats the best way about fixing this? Only lil pissed cos it will be visible in the position its in also.

Bog and high fill primer with block sanding should do the job.

if its as thin as it looks, i would reinforce the back of it with some new fibreglass from a DIY kit from bunnings or something.

also chip that flake off before you start anything as well, dont want it getting worse under new bog etc.

Ill get my mate to take a look otherwise might as well get it done professionally, ill just make it worse i think. Then ill paint it... know anyone/place that might help me out? (Im in W.A) Cheers for reply guys!
