Oil Coolers

cheers for the info, at least i know that they are not essential but some recommend them! will be easier to setup without it when using the remote filter kit!

got some photo's of the oil cooler, pretty big and needs some new fittings to be welded on but for $50 it's not a bad deal at all!

anyone have ideas about whether this cooler will affect the oil pressure?

Oil pressure is effected by temperature. The change that I have noticed is that when my thermostat opens (usually only when driving hard or on really hot days) the oil pressure rises by around 1kg as the cooler oil is circulated, then it goes back to normal pressure after a couple of minutes.

But otherwise, no difference.
