Hi guys,,

I've got RB25Neo turbo with RB20 actuator, since i've got that done my car run on 14psi without any boost cont. Then, i've just got EBC installed today (profec b specII) and tried to get the boost down to 10psi on low boost setting,, could not do it even i set everything to 0 setting, car still ran 14psi ...

anyone know what cause this issue? and how can i lower my low boost setting?

Cheers

The EBC wont lower boost, you cannot lower boost any further than the actuator... which my guess is either a 14psi one...

or its a bit bent giving you 14psi base.

If those two arent it, maybe the dump is hitting the wastegate flapper not allowing it to fully open

Thats really the only two things that come to mind

yeah ive been running 15psi on stock turbo for a couple years now, still barely any shaft play, not bad at all, drift everyweek aswell so it doesnt get an easy life, it will be sweet, run 14psi as low boost and then 18psi as high boost lol

Actuator... If you set it to 0 it runs on the actuator so its been moddified or you have an aftermarket actuator.

14psi is ok wont last forever though. If you dont drive like a nut dont be to worried.

no, it's not an aftermarket actuator for sure

same here, run 14psi as low boost and 17psi as high boost,, but never run on high boost tho lol

Cheers
