I have the non-projector lights.

But the glass cover is not as bright as 7-tune is.

I want that glass! Where to get it ?

it's plastic, not glass,

and it's flat plastic too which means the light distribution will be ass anyway.. that's what the ripply platic is FOR

...REALISTICALLY

you COULD just BUY some projector glass rimmed headlights, they get sold fairly cheap

and hybrid-build some nonprojector / glass headlights and get the same result

infact i would do that

infact

no i wouldn't

i would just forget about it and be happy with what i have...

haha

or consider polishing the inside of the lens you have??

that is what i planned to do - BUT in actual fact, the headlights are different sizes...

...lol... i'm sorry, i am willing to help with almost anything ceffy related, but my lenses are something that took me months to find and i think are my favourite part about my ceffy... especially when it's so hard trying to keep the car looking different to the rest.

oh and the DMAX ceffy has reverted back to non-clear lenses.

eps... why... so... seriousss?

well i'm actually doing the s2 clear glass from the ribbed projector headlights onto the S1 poverty spec non projector headlights... was gonna put up a DIY once I get the second set, which are on a ship on their way to oz atm. don't really mind if they don't fit exactly... i'm kinda handy with the plastic welder.

the other way which a couple of guys on yahoo auctions do is they cut the front of the glass headlight off and replace it with either clear perspex or moulded glass... there's also a guy in malaysia who used the S13 Supermade clear covers

turn em the other way around and its a close fit (not exact though) you'd probably need to trim it.

personally after seeing the milky yellow that the plastic clear indicators turn to after a couple of days in the sun, prefer good old glass when it comes to headlights.
