Randy at the 1600 Factory in Bayswater in Vic does this conversion. He retains the C210 wishbones, welds on a bracket for the R32 calipers, changes the wheel bearings and hubs so they become 5 stud and accept CVs. Sorry that's not really specific - but it is do-able without major headaches.

Oh, and suspension upgrages: I run Pedders Red Springs over adjustable Koni shocks with nolythane rubbery bits and the car now handles very well.

While physically the same dimensions the C210 springs are designed to take a slightly heavier load than 240k springs (according to Pedders).

My mate in Tasmania ordered a complete set of coil-overs to suit a 240z out of the states, but he has yet to install them in his C210. I'll let you know if they bolt up sucessfully.
