Removing the intrument cluster??

Hi guys/gals,

Anyone know how to get the cluster out or where the information currently lives? Had a look around and cant see anything.

My needle gets stuck on 60kms all though the kms tick over correctly.

Any help much appreciated!

the speedo is electronic!! but could be a stuck needle!!!

if you wanna get the dash out you have to remove the panel around the stereo etc, this goes right across to the mirror controls!!

then take out the section that surronds the dash stack 4 screws!!

then there are 3 screws that hold the stack, once undone it is very tricky to get the plugs out, have to push both top and bottom then pull, there isn't much room here, will be easir with 2 people!!! not too sure that removing it will allow you to fix it!!!

may need to take it to an instrument place!!!

Same thing happened to my dad's navara. Needed to take it to an instrument repairer, cost $180 from memory...

if its gonna cost 180, might as well buy a new one. upgrade to nismo 300km/h ones

naw...ive got 1 2nd hand one..

if u look in the wanted section, i was lookin for the Nismo 240 km/h dash with the screen in e middle...

found it!!

cheaper than justjap too and justjap dont have em no more...

anyways, selling the old nismo 300km/h one for 400 excl freight.
