Brake Disc Specs

Hi all, I am after abit of info on the skyline Discs bothe aftermarket and standard.

First What is the wheels PCD of the skylines R32,R33 and R34?

The actual disc (standard) are they slotted or straight cut(flat)?

What is the diameters of the discs top to bottom, front to back including the mounting dome(if thats what you call it) and the thickness of the discs, both Aftremarket and standard?

I ask as I own a Falcon BA and am looking at upgrades and looking at all areas, so I appreciate any help given.
