Avcr Connection

hi peepz.

i was going to finish up my turbo and realise i was running a avcr. (totally forgot.)

so i just wan to know where goes where. the actuator goes to the COM outlet at the boost solenoid(controller?) and the other outlet from the other side goes to the ON outlet of the boost solenoid (controller?) correct?

from what i have learn is that you are not suppose to run the hose too long from the boost controller. true?

heres a pic could you guys help me out?

ps: bonus question. Do i need to flush the radiator free from the previous coolant? i already release most of the coolant by unscrewing the cap underneath the radiator.(left it dripping till the next morning) and much more while taking out the turbo.
