Dingus
Is there any trick to removing the o2 sensor? I cannot for the life of me get mine to budge, and it is bloody hard to get the spanner on there decently. Sandeep
when i did mine i soaked the o2's in INOX every night for a week before i pulled them out. i then got a hammer and a breaker bar and smashed the tops off the o2 sensors and used a 22mm open ended spanner to take out the base. on another zed we tried this and it still didn't work (couldn't get the base to crack) so we turned on the car and let the exhaust get warmish (you don't want it super hot because you'll just burn yourself) and then it came out pretty easy since everything had expanded abit when it warmed up. GeeTR
Yup, apply your rust penetrator of choice every night for a week. Use a pipe spanner if you can. If your not going to use it again, just cut the wire and use a ring spanner.
