100mm thisck core good?

i have a 100mm thick core and i was wondering if it would be better than a 76mm thick core

core is 500x300x100

and was compareing to a 300x600x76

any info would be great

Depends on how much power and PSI you will be running...

Obviously the 100mm thick core would flow alot more air but if your car doesn't flow any where near that amount of air then Ur car Prob will Suffer from Lag.....

Ive also heard from pretty experienced coooler manufacturers that they dont like 100mm coolers b/c outside air doesn't flow through the fins as well because it's so thick.

I have heard similar, that for track usage the thicker ones dont flow as much air through the fins, yet good for drag as they flow the air internally.
