yeh, but Obon period finished about 2 weeks ago.

thing is, he has messaged me saying that he is waiting for parts from apexi, but has the other items.

and he has told other people that he is waiting for parts from HKS, trust... etc...

he's giving everyone the same story?

i don't mind waiting, but i did an order with a few friends, and theyre losing patience.

  • 1 month later...

I ordered from greenline a while back, I dealt with Jason because someone (Simon I presume) had an accident so Jason was using "power of attorney" while he was ill. I only brought a POD filter so no biggie, but I had no probs at all, Jason was always friendly and helpful and it only took about 2 weeks from verification of payment to recieve the parts.

I think they were closed for maintenace to increase there product range on the website.

Ronin 09, that;s exactly what I'm concerned about. I was going to order a whole heap of stuff from Jason (have spoken to Simon as well b4 his accident) but before I did the transfer, I got a friend of mine to check his NAB account. What he found was that heaps, and I mean heaps of dough was going into his personal account, BUT nothing was being sent to Japan. That really concerned me, and I decided not to do the transfer. Now it might be true that some parts (eg the Trust stuff) are on back order, but if you think about it, there MUST be some ppl who ordered items that are readily available in Japan and should be shipped promptly. His account was checked 2 weeks ago.

Holy crap, that is one of the lowest things I've ever seen someone admit to, and the most incorrect conclusions drawn from it. I have never heard anything bad said about Greenline or Nengun, apart from some delays with Greenline when Simon had some medical problems. But that's fully understandable.

I bought an S-AFC from Nengun around a year ago and it arrived pretty quickly. Cost me around $550 including shipping, which was about $200 less than I could find it locally. In retrospect I would have saved some more money if I bought second hand, but live and learn. I also got an Apexi pod from him which was around $90 including shipping, and that is still a damned good price even today. Some local shops sell them for as much as $400.

I agree, checking up on someone's bank account is a very bad thing to do, mxfly... without any legal court order what you & your friend @ the bank is doing are highly illegal n you guys should be ashamed, this is surely an abuse of power as he works in a bank, he should loose his job too!

I havent' ordered from greenline yet but from what ppl said I believe they'll provide good service. All this time I've ordered many stuffs from nengun(air filters, gearknobs, elect. boost control). Deliveries always around 14 days, and the quickest

from nengun was even 5 business days!!!!!

All I can say that he (nengun) is a top bloke who sometimes go all the extra effort to find stock for me even on a Sunday!!!! I have never, ever, got that kind of excellent service from any local shops here...

I dunno about your emails, but I pm-ed him on this forum and I always get a quick reply. Lately I also send emails and I got quick reply from nengun too, less than 6 hours usually, or 1 day on weekends.

    • thanks for heads up on actuators - will sort something as back up or solution as yes dont need that have enough trouble but no doubt some addition of something to spares boxes is required yes have a clue about WTAC but nothing has been officially put out yet so will wait to see exact details Pro class is, has been and will become a draw card for lap records and one off builds for show and thats about it I think - be interesting to see how open they make it Pro am is the old Pro in reality Open class will be split into 2 with slicks and 050's with no doubt slight variances in allowable drivers and changes in aero Clubsprint + apparently a true street class   They have to and are refreshing it all and bringing things up to current standards and need to 100% adhere to rules because whether people like it or not / or say it or not - for alot of competitors it is sheep stations and has been for a while when Im getting told I was illegal because i cut my rear bumper too high and yet others where in the grey areas of legality with everything from engines, suspension, ride heights and more serious influences it actually got quite out of control and heated this year so as much as I may be impacted by some of the changes and prob spit the dummy when I have to spend money changing things I think its a good thing for all
    • I can’t tell if it’s suspension related or maybe wheel bearing or motor mount.  IMG_6209.MOV
    • Start with a multimeter, and see if you're getting power at the TPS. There should be a manual for your car somewhere on these forums and it'll have the info for what closed TPS signal voltage is, and how it should sweep to full throttle. Same as for other sensors / valves.   Have you checked things like your base timing etc? See if anything looks amiss there too?
