Personally i cant see a problem as such.

All thats done is the report being posted really indicating what the owner should be telling prospective buyers :D

seems like dangerous territory.. everyone feels safe behind a computer until someone cares enough to do something about it..

ie. the guy who just got sued and has to pay $30k for defermation.. a bit different but still dont think its far from slander and bad trade practice posting this info up publicly..

Huh? You are posting a full official report. There is no issue legally with doing so.

It is not defamation, it is a report than anyone would attain. No different to a Gov't website that rates car safety and so on.

A car with dodgy repairs/modifications and so on is unsafe among a myriad of other issues.

And yes, 2008 thread... closed.
