he's from NZ... their "certified" is the same as our "engineered".

Radiator has one 12" electric fan on the back side. and one 10 fan on the front side of the IC, make sure you seal around the sides and top of the radiator to allow best air flow.

The Workshop X kits are available on TradeMe.co.nz they are made by some one else these days.

Certified is as said earlier, in NZ we have "Low Volume Vehicle" cetification for modified vehicles to run on the streets.
