Sorry about the shaking footage... It was the first time I have used that video camera... Was still getting used to it...

And yeah, I ran out of tape after the first day... I drove all around Surfers on Sunday morning trying to find someone who had MicroMV tapes in stock... Those rednecks hadn't even heard of the new format :lol:

MicroMV? As in Sponys proprietary DV format? Why didn't you use a MiniDV cam, like real men do

MicroMV isn't a proprietary format... It's an industry standard... It's just new, and no-one else has released camcorders that use the new tapes yet, that's all...

Every camera shop in Sydney stocks MicroMV tapes... I didn't know Surfers, being the tourist town it is, wouldn't have them!!!

And the Sony IP7 uses the MicroMV because the MiniDV tapes are bigger than the video camera
