Ok, so I wired in my SAFC into my S1 R33 using this guide:

http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Sa...3-G-t85232.html

Everything is fine, except the throttle position is all over the place. 99% of time it sits on 0% throttle, and when it does move it is only for a split second, barely long enough to see the numbers change, and it has no relation to me actually touching the throttle. At idle, it will jump around, peak gets to 100% throttle, without me touching anything.

Now, I have triple checked the connection at the ecu, redone it about 6 times now to be sure. I have double checked I have the correct wire according to the guide, except that mine it was blue with a yellow stripe, and the guide says white. Guessing the different colour is due to the guide being for an r32, but the position is still the same.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on? Can anyone with an SAFC in a S1 R33 confirm the colour of the throttle signal wire? Really need to get this sorted ASAP, can imagine with it like this, won't be able to tune because the SAFC won't recognise correct throttle.

Have you touched the settings on the SAFC, because the throttle position was working when i had it.

I think you might have connected the grey wire (Throttle Position) on the wrong wire. I just checked my ecu. It is Red with Black Stripe for Throttle Position. My blue with yellow stripe is Engine Temp Sensor. Which is directly opposite the TPS wire.

Wont have time to check it for a couple of days, but have left the settings as they were. Will check that wire, was going by the guide, will look for that Red/Black wire. Cheers for that, hopefully solves the issue.
