Newcastle R32 Owners - Please Help

Hey guys,

Just wondering if there are any R32 GTS-t owners in the Newcastle area that would be able to help me out.

My car has been defected and to get it passed, the engineer has told me I need to get an emissions label and tyre placard. He said taking a photo of one from a similar car, printing it off and fixing it to my car would do.

Would anyone let me take a photo of these on their car or have photos they could supply me?

I am really looking forward to getting my car back on the road and any help would be greatly appreciated.

LOL! dude pretty sure thats illegal. 10 points for the idea though.

you actually have to have an emissions test done, at a RTA testing centre. theres heaps of threads around man, just search. taking a photo of someone elses placards and sticking it to yours will not do, and could even land you in deeper shit when you take it to the pits to get inspected. they are gonna look at the placards and if they discover you've put false/misleading information on your car they could come down pretty hard on you.

Yeah, Hunter street on a Friday night.

Every where I take the car I seem to get told something different but I am still no closer to getting it back on the road. Does anyone know any good engineers in town that will give me a straight answer?

Seems odd that your car doesn't have those stickers - aren't they supposed to be stuck on in compliance?

Supposed to be but apparently my car ' slipped through the cracks ' and no one realised till now.
