hey guys

just wondering how easy it is to change a timing belt on a RB25

mine has done 110 000km and really needs to be done

do the idiler pulleys need to be changed as well?

im short of money atm and just want it back on the road lol

ah cheers mate

iv heard different stories some people say its easy if your mechanical minded and some say just stay away from it

i suppose itd be the same as most cam set ups wouldnt it

i mean put it on TDC and mark the pulleys and crank and it shouldnt be that difficult from there ay?

The actual job of changing the timing belt isn't hard, however if you do misalign it you can cause some serious damage. I'm not trying to scare you from attempting however I would strongly suggest spending the extra and having it done professionally.
