Do Microtech's Use An O2 Sensor?

yeah just noticed in my cefiro, has had a rb25det conversion before i bought it.

the o2 sensor isnt plugged in. running a LT12s

could this be the reason that 400km is a good tank? or is my right foot to blame like i originally thought.

they aren't needed for it to run, alot of people don't use them with the microtech, unless you got a plug and play one. but they can be wired in and set up on a wire in model.

mines plug and play.. might have a look for something to plug it into.

yes it is used but only in closed loop a/f ratio monitoring mode. the tuner probably didnt use it coz it was tuned to stochiometric down low newayz. 400km s from a tank isnt bad. wot turbo r u runnin n wot size injectors, cams etc? i get 350 from a tank if i just cruise not even on boost. and yea it sux lol but thats just wot happens wen u put a massive turbo n big injectors in

Yeah man 400km is good around town lol. As said above, its not essential, ie. on a stock ECU the car would run like crap without the 02, microtech isn't effected as badly.
