Tapping noise after replacing sparkplugs

Can anyone help me i am having troubles with me R33. on the weekend i pulled out the old spark pluggs and replaced with new irridium spark plugs. after i had bolted it back together i could hear a tapping noise coming from the 5th chamber (2nd from the windscreen)

the spark plugs are possibly the wrong size?? or perhaps you have accidentally dropped a small object into the combustion chamber?

the spark plugs are deffinately the right size... i don't think there is anthing in the chamber. if some of the ceramic fell into the chamber (talking very very tine fragment) wouldn't it just crumble or burn up?

The noise is also very consistant

could be a 'lose' spark, maybe the coil is sparking on the head and not the plug... does it feel as though its lost a cylinder/misfiring? just re-check it, re-tighten etc!!!

i dropped a bit of ceramic into my vl turbo(when i had it).Not a good thing u would know straight away.Ceramic is very hard i bent valve and scored the turbo alll withinin 5 sec~.i dont know what it is but dont think it is ceramic
