Exhast Manifold

i was wandering is there any benefit to putting an aftermarket exhast manifold like one showed here?

obviously i doubt this one is a good one but for a good version of something like this what power gains would a fairly stock gtst expect from this?

also how hard is it to put in???

if you only plan on changing the manifold and not the rest of the exhaust im thinking youll see a pretty minimal power gain, if at all

i think you would get this massive bottleneck effect once the exhaust reaches the cat...

but i hadnt really thought on what would happen if you only changed the manifold.

thought of freeing up the inlet side first?

ive already got a full turbo back exhaust with high flow cat...... what would i expect if changeing the manifold?????
