Help With R34 Gtr Front Bar Parts

im about to purchase the OEM front bar grill inserts (pic below) and according to nissan. they have to different part #'s for before 2000 models and after 2000.

Is it all the same? I dont know what year model my front bar came off as it was purchased brand new from nissan by the previous owner. to put it simple, are they all the same?? pre2000 will fit after 2000 vice versa??

here are the part #'s from nissan.

front bottom grill bumper inserts

before 2000 Aug

Right - 62256-AA021

Left - 62257-AA021

after 2000 Aug

Right - 62256-AB021

Left - 62257-AB021

this is what im purchasing.. i tried looking on carsales for the difference between before 2000 GTR & after 2000 GTR's and i cant tell any difference in their front bars.

Im buying these from nissan japan so i want to avoid having the wrong item & to send it back for exchange.

any help would be much appreciated.

Late August '00 is when the V-Spec II took over from V-S I.

^ how do you tell if the front bar is a vspec I or vspec II ?

yeah theres no visual difference between the 34 vspecs well not that i know of anyways.
