how much effort is requird to clean up the black paint on the intercooler? and how much do you think i shoudl set aside for piping? otherwise i'm interested in the cooler calvintys.

I think it takes a couple of cans of paint stripper and a high pressure hose.... a mate of mine did it on his and it came up a treat, works better on hot days.

That right as legend said. You need to get the paint stripper and a high pressure hose ..example air is better or water but i would suggest air.
