got a stock s1 r33 gtr v-spec which feels like it has a dodgey throttle position switch. after very light acceleration and then backing off slightly the car surges a couple of times. the tps is adjustable and is not in the central position, is there a carrect way to set it or has anyone got any other ideas to this problem?

also do they have lifters? i have heard people talking about noisey lifters on the them but as far as i know they are bucket cam followers with shims under them for adjusting clearences?
