If you want me 2 get them, we hav a slicer at the shop and it does it in about 10 seconds flat (faster then u at the 1/4 strip mattr :D)

Im taking care of sausages / risolles and onions too (thanks steve)

Im taking care of BBQ and equipment

Maybe a shade cloth of some sort? Keep out the burnin sun (if its not pissin down)

ok can someone please outline whats going on ? cause i'm once again lost in a long thread .. what is the exact plan of the day?? how much money do u guys need?? just so i can plan other stuff around the day thats all .. oh yeah .. when is it expected to end .. give a rough timeline of what is expected to happen :)

Nah, that is what the windows for.

Summary so far:

BYO

BBQ is in the car park, we have to get in and park off a section

Breakfast at 9

Drift starts at 10

Lunch time BBQ

And as many beers as you feel appropriate in between and after

BBQ is free, but if you want to donate a beer, or bring something along feel free.

Covered so far is:

Eggs, bacon, assholes, snags, onions, bread, sauce and oil

BBQ (T-man, you have a table for prep?)

BBQ tools

T-man, do you need chopping board?

Anything else you can think of?

Dean, what time were you heading up, cos I was thinking probably need to get there 8:30ish to set up?

im likely to be there with my other half. In regards to the bbq, is there anything i should bring as it would feel wierd eating with no contribution. another thing, has any had problems with there cars parked at this event, i dont know if i should bring out the 4x4 or the line.
