the 10mm bolt that is on the plenum side that is the breather for the water i started the car today for first time it is a rb26 in a 32 gtst and i took that bolt out and no water or air pressure came out at all wat is happening is it blocked somewhere. we even tryed a air blower off a compresser in the whole and nothin at all happen is this a problem.

open your radiator cap and fill it with water until it starts to come out through the bleeder.. then u can start the car and keep filling through ur radiator until u have a nice constant stream of water then put the 10mm bolt back in.. oh yeah and make sure ur heat is on its hot setting!

the coolant passage thingy that that bolt is scewed into does get blocked quite easily. a few RB26s i've seen had that problem. no water coming out the breather hole. you can replace that top coolant passage with a new one from nissan. not too expensive if memory serves me correctly.
