Thanks for the tip craz0, but no luck.

I REALLY think they`ve blocked Jap ISP`s from viewing. I`ve tried on 3 different computers (with different service providers) and zilch.

My IP is banned from Takakaira as well, from what I recall another reseller was mirroring Takakaira's site for some reason so they went ahead and banned Japanese IP's. I can still check it out from work however(.mil address).
