The reason for this is unfortunaltly my stock turbo is on its way.... its starting to make whinning noises... sounding like a super charger... .

Thanks so much guys.

Hey mate, i got a quote from of 1700-1800 from mtq in laverton, cnr of pipe rd and some other main road but cant remember what its called. They didnt seem to interested when i spoke to the guy in their tho, it was like he couldnt be bothered talking to me. If anyone else knows where to get one done id be very interested too.

Dam i guesse we r all in the same situation! lol, i heard GCG is good! but i cant be brothered doing all the postage stuff ! if anyone knows would appreciate it! i was lookin at "chasers motorworks" but they are charging 2200 or 2400 drive away...

Upgrade your tired or worn out stock T3 ceramic-wheel turbo to a 450hp rated steel-wheel ball bearing replacement. Using the original compressor cover and exhaust housing from your stock turbo, the upgrade utilises a genuine Garrett GT25 ball-bearing cartridge, and bigger steel compressor/turbine wheels. The kit comes complete with lines and fittings, so everything is included for a true bolt on replacement.

$2200 to buy direct, or $2400 supply and fit.

If you really want a highflow i suggest buying one second hand or buying a blown highflow for a couple of hundred then taking that to mtq to get rebuilt. Could get away with it for under a grand easily then. The machining of the housings is the bulk of the cost. Price also goes up depending what size impeller you want as well as some can be $200-$300. At the end of the day a highflow for 2 grand is a lot of coin... And chances are you will be wanting a computer or something after that as well because your afm will be maxing out so it doesn't end with the turbo that's for sure!

    • Plan on the day will be to park trackside. Depending on space availability we will try put a small shade tent and a few of the cars on top of the hill inside turn 3, this is an easy to get to parking area with views of Turn 2, Turn 3, Turn 4 and Turn 5 and limited other pieces of the view around the track. IMPORTANT NOTE! One consideration from previous years is from memory the trackside parking sells out before the admission tickets, for that reason I encourage anyone planning on coming to buy tickets for parking now via the official website; https://www.worldtimeattack.com/ The type of parking you are looking for is 2 Day Park & View (Access Around Venue) Vehicle Pass Only Please note this does not include admission to the event itself, remember to grab that also, and kids under 12 get in for free!

    • Good time for a carbon roof
    • Not in any way aroused by any of those, except maybe the big AMGs. And that would break my never a Euro, ever, rule.
