Question About 350gt Left Side Rear Mirror

my car is a 2003 350GT coupe in silver,the left rear view mirror was damaged last week, I have found one selling on ebay US but I am not sure whether it fits to my car since the US G35 is left side drive? anyone got a clue?

and is there any different between nissan 350GT and inifiniti G35 about the wire stuff? or they are entirely the same? Thanks!
