Gtr Turbo Lines Removal

Hey guys I am going to be changing my turbos over in the holidays and having never done the job I wanna know to get the oil and water lines off. I believe is straight forward but thats the one thing thats worrying me. Now Do I need to remove them all from the block or can they be bent away once I have undone them???? Any tips I know I have to be careful not to cross thread them.

Also will I lose much coolant as I am doing 100k service as well and may just not fill the coolant till after turbos are in.

Do not bend them. You'll screw them totally.

Take them off if they are in the way. You'll loose some coolant etc, but does it matter? Coolant is a few $$... just do both @ the same time

As nismoid said, under NO circumstances bend them.. I did, didnt have the time to find new ones and had to get oil and coolant lines made up and it cost HEAPS...

5 minutes more work will save you hundreds

Cheers guys, also I am thinking about putting the car on ramps also, is it worth it???? Will have to take the front bar off to get it onto the ramps so bit of time needed to get it up?????? Will it make it easier

I've just taken mine off for the first time. Used a jack to get to underneath and that was it.
