hey guys got a r33 rb25det and i have a cooler and zorst the other day i serviced it and the plugs that were in there where ngk r bkr7e and i got the ngk r bkr6e car feels very sluggish pulled the plugs out today 3 days old it has white on the tips the old ones where in there for seven months and where perfect cheers there are both gaped to .80mm and also when i boost it to ten i get like a pop hear and there after the plugs

Hmm strange. One heat range shouldn't make much of a difference, if anything i would have thought the car would run worse on the colder "7" heat range plugs. If it's missfiring on the new plugs i would say its time to get some new coilpacks.

As for the colour, its a bit hard to see in the pics, but a greyish/white end on the plug normally means it is running fine.
