R33 Spoiler Holes

Hey Guys/Gals

Just did some searching on here and found a few threads on how to remove a R33 stock spoiler, However i cant find anything that tells he how big the holes in the bonnet are once removed......

Can anyone help, as i was going to get plugs to fill the holes till i can afford to get it filled and painted...

Good question, i thought about doing this myself, removing spoiler, getting a rubber grommet and spraying white to plug the hole. If its a temporary fix, you could use some really good quality, sticky cloth tape which would do a good job sealing the hole from the inside.

Are you thinking of leaving your car without a spoiler/stealth lip?

Yeha mate wanted to leave it without the spoiler and was going to plug the holes up for a while and eventually would get then filled sanded and painted but yeah cant afford to get that done straight away so this is a temporary change...

Where do you reckon you will get the grommet pluggs from? Mitre 10 or a hardwhare place?

10mm I think mine was, something around that. Although we covered the holes in my mates R34 boot with. That kept the water out for a few months until he got the holes welded up.

Nice 1.... Tried to remove spoiler on the weekend... was a piss poor attempt really got all the screws undone 6 over all i think there was.... But i was to afraid to rip the spoiler off at its connected to the boost with an adhesive..... I tried to use string fishing line to break the seal, however that didnt work...... Any idea for loosening the adhesive ?
