Can Anyone Scale Down An Image For Me?

Hi everyone, I need some help!

I want to use this image of astro boy as my avatar, but it is too large. Does anyone know how to scale down such an image to 120 x 120 pixels so I can use it as my avatar?

open in paint then save it... should get it small enough, if not stretch in down to shrink the pic...

ah good ole atom boy I used to study japanese at the station where he was born, and before the trains would leave they would play his them song kinda annoying though as the trains would come and go every 4 minutes
