Hi guys, just before i go on my spiel i would like to thank everyone who showed patience through the whole saga, it was not only frustrating for everyone else but also for myself and Adrian too. Big thanks has to go to Pete (SLED) for helping us out also. Kudos also to those who whole-heartedly supported us, it means alot to us.

Now, this may not be the outcome that alot of you want, but IMO it is the best outcome we could have hoped for at this stage.

The printing company, VELFLEX, has agreed to supply us with a blank replacement for each hoodie/jacket. This includes us being able to keep the ones we have. Steve (MADAZ) has generously agreed to take over the printing for the blank hoodies, but your old and new hoodie is your property now, and you do not have to have the reprinting done.

Once again, apologies for the whole situation, i accept that the current hoodies are not what we wanted. Im hoping everyone can move on from this and we can all be friends and hold hands

From Adrian and Damo :D

yea no shit! for a company to f**k up so hardcore, then give us a blank hoodie in negotiation isnt that dodgey to anyone else! not a dig at adrain or damo, but should we try negotiating and getting what we payed for not, paying $55 for a blank hoodie in the end! im sure you have been negotiating with them anyway, but should we try just a little harder?

    • Nah no bearings, just slip fit.  Would be a reasonably challenging but not impossible job to modify it to run bearings but I'm hoping that's not necessary as I may have well built one myself if I end up spending hours modifying it!
    • Brumbys with good shells are bloody expensive, I've looked at 2 "cheaper" cars, and walked away from both,  plus after some research spare parts are fairly sparce I'm starting to think that I missed the boat on finding a clean one that is straight (ish) and without alot rust I'm starting to think about a old Hilux as panels and other parts are much more available as they sold tens of thousands of them I use to be indecisive but now I'm not sure
    • A Brumby would probably fit a big metal toolbox in the back... this is how it begins
    • Picked up a new OEM boot seal for the MX5 today as the old one got ripped a bit by me being a idiot by seeing if I could fit a large metal tool box in it, it didn't fit, and ripped the seal with the corner of the tool box I am still waiting on time to get the cams and new balancer installed, as well as the repairs to the boot Time will not be an issue soon though
