Power Fc On Series 1 & 2 Ecr33

Guys,

Can anyone shed some light. I've seen some other postings on this but I want to be 100% sure their compatible before I end up blowing something!

So here goes:

Does the Power FC for ECR33 work on both Series 1 and Series 2?

I am running the PFC on a Series 1 currently but intend to put it in a Series 2, the latter does not having the Ign Amplifier that sits on top the coil pack cover so will it work?

I'm also running Split Fire Coils, will there be any problems?

ECU is the same on series 1 and series 2 100%.

they are different, the S2 ones are very hard to get. but your in luck! i have one for sale for $2000.

it was a joke mate. they are exactly the same. the PFC does not know the difference between the s1 and s2 because the s2 still has individual ignitors on the coilpacks internally.

your ecu will work on all R33s

try ebay they usually go for around 1300ish and quite common.. and they are definately the same ive used a mates power fc from a series 1 on my series 2 when we were troubleshooting this fuel problem..

there was also a mob selling them brand new pretty cheaply but then they jacked up there prices.. heres the link for them
