Hi I have a r33 S2 gtst with minimal mods air intake and cat bak 3.5inch exhust and wondering if i just got a high flow cat what the results would be and whether its worth just getting it on its own or just waiting and geting the front pipes along wit the high flow cat? thanks

there will be a powergain but depends what cat is in there at the moment that will depend on how many extra kw you will gain, i dont see any point of just doing the cat and back, spend the extra $200 and complete the whole exhaust from turbo back.

I did mine a few weeks ago, already had a fujitsubo cat back 3.5inch system, changed the cat from a 2.5inch to a high flowed 3inch ($170) and combined front/dump pipe ($200) a very noticeable gain in power and only other thing ive done is the air filter.....

pm me if you wanna know where i got my cat and pipes from

wen i bought my car it only had a 3 to 3.5" jasma cat bak exhaust, then i put a 3" stainless steel dump/front pipe in one, and bolted it to the standard cat...noticed a slight increase in boost (like 1psi) and response.

week later i bought a xforce 3" stainless high flow cat, again gave me about an extra 1psi and afew pops and bangs at night wen driving hard ;)

definetly helps in overall power and response
