Rb26 Valve Cover Breather?

Hey guys b4 I go and stuff the breathers up by not knowing how they come out can something let me know do they screw, pull or swist?

Theyre a tolerance fit, so they just pull out.

best bet with the RB26 covers is to remove the baffling under the covers (unscrews)

then tap them out through the underside - incase you need them later this wont damage them

^correct, i would be taping them from the inside as some of them can be bloody tight, a couple i did recently i had to heat the cover up with an oxy torch to get it out, then we use a suitable socket on the inside and tap it out, dont twist them out from the top i've seen covers damaged due to the fitting being so tight and them forcing it.
