a copy of a EPA clear notice? ie: one that says the car is ok to drive on the road again? or one for exhaust/height/?

i need one so i can...check it against mine....yes thats it....verify that its the same as mine.

AND or an engineer's certificate? the one that says what u can/cant have on ur car for compliance reasoning?
