R32 Gts4 Diff Removal

hey guys,

me and 2 mate were removing my diff,... taking it out to either weld / shim it up, cause its single'ing out and really annoying.

now we got all bolts out its all good that way, toook hicas out so gotta get hicas lock bar.. etc...

now we hit a snag and stopped prematurely incase we stuffed somethin up hardcore,

it seems like there are 2 oval looking pumps attatched to the top of the diff, with lines going into em, and what looks like a breather hose comin out, im guessing you just take off the breather hose and stuff. but what about the pumps sorta thing, will that come down with the diff? are they hicas pumps that we can just rip out cause im getting rid of hicas all together, or are they 4wd pumps that i should leave.. .unsure, and stopped half way so as to not do any damage.

need help asap, as car is my daily, and need it back up and running.. cheers in advance..

and just wondering if anyone had a link or whatever to a r32 gts4 manual.

no mate, they are the attessa pumps on top of the diff. there are hydraulic lines coming out going forward to the xfer case, and another onegoing to the resoviour in the boot. and 2 plugs in the wiring going to the car loom.

the pumps can be disconnected from the diff by a couple of bolts - drop the diff and leave the pumps up there
