allthewaytotheskyline Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 (edited) hey peepz ive got my self a big turbo gt30 with a t2 flange now what am i to do? ive got a r34 rb25det neo and i want to adapt it to a highmount manifold is there a flange adaptor from t3 to t2 and will i have enough room to mount it in the high mount position? are there any coomplications im going to come by? eg restriction of flow due to t2 flange? any info would be much appreciated. Lithium Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Did you buy the Garrett GT30 with the T25 flange? If so I am pretty sure they run a trimmed GT30 wheel and as such a T3 flanged turbine housing won't suit it as they will be for a full GT30 turbine wheel. You can get a T2 to T3 flange but I'd just sell the turbo and get a proper T3 one.
