when we pushed the car back on its wheels he had this lost look on his face, like WTF HAPPENED?

jeez watta wake up call man.. about half an hour after that a guy in a VS comes flying past us

lol.. it was almost a pile up because i could of sworn i saw something red swish past in the rearview mirror.

i step out and theres a ute on the side of the road. cars stopped everywhere and a rolled over civic..

it had a fart cannon and 15 inch rims

must have stupidly hit vtec in the wet

massive crash > single vehicle accident

i guess its a "if you were there" type of thing

as much as i wanted to whip my phone out and snap some pics.

i thought that would be highly innapropriate to do it...

so i dialled 000

f**kin coolant and steering fluid everywhere..

(b1)

he was out cold when we had a look in the car..

i was a bit hesitant.. my cousin recently died in a car crash so i didnt know how ill take seeing a dead guy again.

his foot was still planted on the accelerator though so the thing was revving like f**k till we turned it off

front part of the driver side was crushed. door wouldnt open.

suspension, tire ripped out of place

the part where it curves for the window was on a 90 degree angle.

so from 45 degree to 90, thats pretty messed up

Cat? Do you mean car? Yeah saw the car, big bloody mess. But I think the reported speed of 150km/h may be a bit on the high side to be honest.

150 maybe high - cos its only an estimate, however, he was at a BAC level of 0.165 - so he doesnt know the speed, and says he saw a cat.

Being that drunk, you might as well see leprechauns dancing around the streets and in the inside of the car.....

Ahh... ...Leprechauns...

I always seem to have the worst luck when I see them... :(

    • Maybe they'll look to do a bunch of presales to help inject some cash fast for their financial issues...
    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
    • Well the articals keep saying a Q50s (Skyline in Japan) with a new Manual gearbox. I like the talk about the new looks with the round tail lights. I hope they bring back the retro look like they did with the Z
