When i was driving home tonight i notice my Series 1 Stagea (similar to r33 gtst) was getting a bit warmer than normal and when i pulled up there was a bit of coolant underneath the car. I did not have time to check it but after another quick drive the car got very warm again. This time i was able to have a look at it and it apprears to be coolant leaking from the air con condenser (small radiator in front of engine radiator). There must be a hole in the condenser but i thought the condenser only carried air con gas and no actual engine coolant. Am i missing something here or should i just go and buy another condenser?

Cheers

MRO

maybe the coolent is comming from the overflow hose from the bottle and the coolent is running along the front panel of the car and dripping near the condeser if ya follow what i mean

I have identified the problem. THere is actually a small hole in the radiator that blows steam/water out when it gets hot but it looks like it is coming from the condenser when the steam is pushed through.

Just need to find a new r33 auto radiator.
