Hi Guys,

Anyone know the (replacemant), Bosch ten digit part number for a GTR fuel pump? Are R32/R33 GTR'S the same pump.

I have to change the pump in my GTS-t 33, and was told to get a GTR pump from Bosch, but no-one knows the part number!

Can anyone help PLEASE!!!!!!

I didnt think skyline fuel pumps were made by bosch?????

If you get a bosch 910 (less than $300) they will fit and give you alot more head room than a stock fuel pump. A bit more fiddley to fit than a GTR pump, but not alot of farking around like a 044. A cheaper option than a GTR pump.

A second hand GTR pump, expect to pay around $400 retail secondhand, a bit cheaper if you shop around or bargain, but they are a direct fit and will take only about 1/2 hour to replace. Good for 250rwkw.

Hi guys, R32GTR, R33GTR and Z32TT are the same fuel pump, they flow 190 litres per hour which is good for around 420 bhp.

The closest in the Bosch Motorsport range is 0 580 254 910 (generally called a 910) they flow 200 litres per hour, good for 450 bhp. Then there is the 975 , 984, 040 and 044 (which is good for 730 bhp). Just add "0 580 254" in front of the above 3 digits.

We buy ours from Repco.

Remove stock pump, lay the pump and metal bracket on a piece of cardboard and trace around it.

This is very important, as it will make sure you get the stock pickup in the same spot with the aftermarket pump.

Next remove the pickup from the stock pump (small circlip), and remove the pump from the bracket. Trim the plastic that is used to secure the pickup to the pump via the circlip. Use a short piece of fuel line (8mm? from memory) to secure the 910 to the pickup, use hose clamps to secure the hose.

Get two small round crimp type connectors for the fuel pump to connect the wires to the pump. I am not sure if it is a banjo fitting for the 910 or hosetail, but you will need a connector for the top of the pump (I did a 044 not 910). You may need slightly larger fuel line, depending on the size of the connector. From here you connect the supply line to the pump. Once again use hose clamps

Attach the pump to the bracket. Place a large (3") hose clamp around the pump and bracket. Make sure the pickup is in the same spot as the stock one was - using the traced outline on the cardboard. Tighten the clamp (or 2 clamps if you are paranoid about the pump coming loose.

And now you are right to replace the whole assembly into the tank - easy:)

I was just wondering where you get you figures from in relation to l/hr flow rates!

I found this info on the bosch website which states otherwise!!!

I have been speaking to bosch and they say these are the maximum figures but may increase slightly but not to the extent some people may suggest!

I have heard people say the 044 is good for 500-600hp or V8 supercars, but does anyone know what the 910 is good for as it only flows 130l/hr @ 5 bar max, but may increase to 150l/hr @ around 3 bar, and as Bosch dont work by HP figures, it makes it difficult trying to get a pump for my supposedly 240 hp car!

Any other thoughts??
