Rb25 Throttle Body

hi all

im just about to fit a forward facing plenum on my rb25

i want to upgrade the standard throttle body to a 80mm throttle body

not sure who really sells them, just wondering if anyone knows of any good ones or good places to get them from

i know hypertune sell them but im just wondering if there are any other good places

any help would be greatly appreciated

I've opted for a q45 throttlebody..

Nearly 90mm.

The Q45 is a good replacement as it bolts directly onto the GReddy plenum and retains the factory plug and still uses a wax pallet to control idle.

agreed, it also has a nice opening rate unlike alot of the billet jobbies. ^^^

I believe all the Q45's are 80mm butterflies but some have a 90mm snout.. that's what I've gathered from my research anyway.

I cant understand In what advantage of Big throtle body is, on stock engine or light tune!?

i need to rebuild my ECU to this throtle body?
