Legality of aftermarket wings on skylines

i am 99% sure stealth wings are not legal as they remove the 3rd high mount brake light. As long as there exists a 3rd brake light and the wing doesn't protrude above or outside the width of the bodywork, then it should be ok.

as above..i think the main concern about police is the 3rd high mount brake light..which i rekon is a good reason sometimes..but oh well some people are abit blind and it does help in some situations...but getting a defect or a file is just shit. It should be just a warning..

Thing is I think there may be laws on it, but they don't often seem to be enforced. If its an obvious danger or nice and sharp, then they can definitely defect you for it. Stupid T-wings I think are the main culprut for that - I have heard of ppl getting done for them (anyway, they're gay, so mb that is all fair )

No, because most truck bull bars are not 'modifications', they come out of the factory with them.
