luckingood
hello guys!! i have a31 cefiro with rb20det engine.. im building it with a tight budget.. been eating canned food and instant noodles for months T_T there are plenty of radiators out there.. currently using standard r32 rads and it wont keep the engine cool after a few drift runs.. oh yes, i have'nt install an oil cooler as well, thinkin of getting one too.. found some radiators on ebay.. they're called KLS performance, SABER, and some others doesnt even have a description... are they really worth buying? i really need help from the RB masters out there to help me pick a decent radiator thank you!! R31Nismoid
A radiator should be from 350-700 IMO. Any cheaper and i'd be questioning the build quality. How about a R31 radiator? The AUS delivered model is MUCH bigger than the import one, and would be cheap to come by too and perfect for what you need Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/239549-need-help-on-choosing-radiator-for-rb20/#findComment-4185504 Share on other sites

bubba
I've got one of those 50mm alloy jobs from the fatz groupbuy. Also, if you haven't done them already, might be an idea to throw a new waterpump and thermostat in there. bubba
Making sure your entire cooling system is healthy (especially for track work) involves ensuring thermostat, waterpump and radiator are up to the task Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/239549-need-help-on-choosing-radiator-for-rb20/#findComment-4186609 Share on other sites

limpus
Ran one of those Mspec ones on my old rb20 putting out nearly 240rwkw...did a few track days and temps were fine...just make sure you have proper shrouding for the radiator...should cost you around the $300 mark... carter
have a look at the isc-performance radiators 52mm twincore alloy, i use 1 in my cefiro, n it has no dramas keeping my car cool at all, doesnt get over 83degrees, they r $300+ postage if i remember correctly. also ryan is very good to deal with as well. so check them out. carter Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/239549-need-help-on-choosing-radiator-for-rb20/#findComment-4189046 Share on other sites
