Wastegate's Not Working Properlly R32 Gtr

Hi People

My car won't go past 12 psi no matter what it's an r32 GTR i do with my boost controller its a Greddy Profec B spec II.

so i took off the air filters and presserised the lines when it gets to 3 psi the front wastegate starts opening and the back one starts to open at around 7 psi

now i know that this isn't normal. When are they supposed to start oppening??

so do i need to buy 2 new waste gates??

How did you install the boost controller. if they are opening at different pressures then something is wrong. Id be checking the install before giving it a hard time otherwise one turbo will keep spooling when the throttle is closed... and pop goes a turbo.. If your wastegates actuators are stuffed though. Ive got 3 just sitting here that you can have
