haha f**k me im not dead! and ill be back in the game with a 34 within the year!

and lee, i deposited the cheque as soon as he left my drive way :P

till then craig till then lol

so if and when u get ur 34 we can do a welcome back to the skyline owners club craig

just an excuse to thrash the line out for a bit

If I was talking to you (which i wont because you don't own a skyline) I'd say congratulations.

If you want to get more for the sale than 13K, put that cheque straight into the mortgage account and every repayment from now on will save you money. (its easy to put it into a bank account and spend it if you are not careful)

its in my/our house deposit acc...

we tryin to get as much of a deposit as we can, we could always use the equity in the unit, but we want

to borrow as least as possible.

people may say its pure greedieness /spelling/, but, i think its smart.

Hey Allan, ever heard of kids divorcing their parents.................then suing for settlement..............sorry Deano :D:)

pete, where you being sarcastic? :(

not at all, honest........... which part came across as sarcastic?

vely wise words glasshopper (Guy)

good move Craig..........keep the loan on the investment property fully drawn and dump any spare cash on the residential loan (which gives you nothing back tax time)

im not the smartest when it comes to investments/ priorities (still learning)

just thought you may have thought it was a bad idea to pay residential property off first.

my bad

if everything fails craig, then you wont have to move out of your current house :) the investment will always be an investment, but your house is your home, i know which one i'd rather keep if it came down to it
